Customer Success Manager (CSM)
VFFICE is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to accompany our customers throughout their journey with Microsoft solutions (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Business Central, etc.) and ensure their satisfaction, adoption and long-term success. As a postsales strategic point of contact, you will play a key role from onboarding to full adoption, maximizing delivered value, accelerating time-to-value and fostering loyalty.
You will bridge the gap between customer needs and internal teams (consultants, architects, support, sales), while identifying opportunities for continuous optimization and building lasting customer relationships.

Your day-to-day impact

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients post go-live.

Drive structured onboarding and ensure successful adoption of Microsoft solutions.

Understand clients’ business goals and translate them into tailored success plans.

Monitor customer satisfaction, product usage, and key metrics (adoption, value, risks).

Anticipate challenges, manage escalations, and coordinate actions with internal teams.

Advise clients on best practices, optimizations, and roadmap opportunities.

Partner with Sales to identify renewal, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities.

Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience and VFFICE’s Customer Success processes.
