Dynamics 365 CRM & PowerApps — Intermediate Functional Consultant
This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for partial remote work, for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Functional Consultant at an intermediate level.
In this role, you will collaborate with clients to analyze business processes and identify strategic solutions, design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, create tailored workflows and applications, and ensure successful deployments.
You will also provide ongoing consulting support, training, and troubleshooting for clients to help them fully utilize Microsoft technologies.

Your day-to-day impact

Business Analysis & Solution Configuration

Lead and support business requirement gathering workshops

Translate business processes into Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions

Configure and customize: Dynamics 365 , Model-Driven Apps , Basic Canvas Apps ,Power Automate flows

Configure Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, and views

Assist with solution documentation and functional design documents

Delivery & Implementation

Support end-to-end project delivery under Solution Architect guidance

Perform system configuration, testing, and validation

Support UAT planning and execution

Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions

Support go-live activities and post-go-live stabilization

Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing support

Client Collaboration

Work directly with business stakeholders to understand processes and needs

Provide recommendations on best practices and platform capabilities
