Dynamics 365 CRM & PowerApps — Senior Solution Architect
The Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Solution Architect is a senior, client-facing leadership role responsible for designing end-to-end business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
This individual serves as the technical and functional authority across sales, service, marketing, and custom business applications, while playing a key role in presales, solution strategy, and delivery governance.
The Solution Architect partners closely with sales, delivery, and executive stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-value Microsoft cloud solutions.

​Your day-to-day impact

Solution Architecture & Delivery Leadership

Own overall solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform implementations

Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across: Dynamics 365, Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas), Power Automate, Power BI , Dataverse and integrations

Define system architecture, data models, integration patterns, and security models

Ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices, licensing, and platform roadmap

Provide architectural oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle

Act as escalation point for complex technical and functional challenges

Establish and enforce development standards, and governance practices

Presales & Solution Strategy

Lead solution architecture and design during presales activities

Support sales teams with: Discovery workshops , Solution envisioning , Architecture diagrams and solution blueprints, Effort estimation and scope definition

Contribute to RFP/RFI responses with technical and functional solution design

Present proposed solutions to executive-level client stakeholders

Support business case development and ROI justification

Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Lead client architecture discussions and executive steering conversations

Translate business strategy into platform capabilities and roadmaps

Advise clients on digital transformation and CRM modernization strategies

Build long-term trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Provide guidance and mentorship to functional and technical consultants

Review solution designs and ensure architectural quality
