Project Manager (PM)

VFFICE is looking for a Project Manager to lead high value-added technological transformation projects around Microsoft solutions (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Business Central and related ecosystem).

​

In this key role, you are responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards, while providing an exemplary customer experience.

​​

As a real central point between clients, internal teams (functional consultants, architects, developers) and partners, you structure the governance, risk management, and day-to-day execution, in order to deliver projects aligned with business objectives and fully adopted by users. 

Location: Montréal - Hybrid (depending on projects) -  Type: Full-time

Your day-to-day impact

​

  • Plan and lead the full project lifecycle: scoping, kickoff, execution, deployment, and hypercare.

  • Define and maintain project governance: scope, deliverables, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies.

  • Facilitate project steering committees and regular status meetings with clients and internal teams.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (functional consultants, developers, architects, partners).

  • Track progress and manage risks and change requests.

  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders.

  • Ensure deliverable quality and compliance with VFFICE methodologies and standards.

  • Support clients with change management and solution adoption.

  • Protect the client relationship and act as a trusted advisor, enabling alignment and decision-making.
