Dynamics 365 ERP Business Central - Operations Consultant
VFFICE is looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Operations Consultant to support its clients in the design, implementation and optimization of their operational processes.
In close collaboration with the business and technical teams, you will translate the operational needs into efficient, integrated and adopted ERP Business Central solutions, from framing to deployment and continuous improvement.
Location: Montréal - Hybrid (depending on projects) - Type: Full-time
Your day-to-day impact

Lead discovery workshops to understand and scope clients’ operational processes (purchasing, sales, inventory, production, projects, logistics).

Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements for Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Design, configure, and optimize Business Central Operations modules (procurement, sales, inventory, projects, and production depending on the context).

Support clients in standardizing processes and driving continuous operational improvement.

Participate in all project phases: scoping, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.

Ensure deliverable quality: test scenarios, UAT support, documentation, and user guides.

Train end users and provide post-go-live support.

Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and customizations.

Act as a trusted advisor by recommending optimizations and sustainable solutions.

Contribute to improving VFFICE’s ERP methods and best practices.
